Not as expected upon arrival but still a very nice stay with a lovely host Positive: Whenever we had a problem it was sorted and fixed the same day and the host was absolutely lovely about everything. Negative: Upon immediate arrival we noticed the flat was one bedroom and a sofa bed, when it was advertised as 2 bedrooms (this was however easily fixed with the sofa bed). The bathroom had been recently used and not cleaned (specifically the toilet), and for our first night the heating did not work, however when I emailed the next morning it was fixed that same day.

Negative: Shower leaking when it says 2 double beds it’s one double bed and one sofa bed

Disappointed Positive: The location was great for us. Easy access to the centre of London and near family. We also liked the keypad entry system. Negative: We were very disappointed with this booking. It is listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. IT IS NOT - The listing needs changing. It is 1 bedroom (double bed) Plus A sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. We wanted both the space/privacy of 2 bedrooms and a comfortable bed for our 4 night stay for 3 adults.This booking gave us neither. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the fridge was noisy to sleep with . We also felt the flat wasn't that clean. The main areas had been cleaned and the bedding was clean, but there was thick dust and cobwebs on some of the shelves, doors, windows etc.

Fine Positive: Public transport nearby Negative: Need to walk some narrow staircases. Difficult to walk with heavy luggages.
