Positive: Great location. Close to Finsbury Park and in secluded residential area Negative: There seemed to be a lot of footsteps heard from floor above whenever people were moving around

It could be excellent but the noise kind of ruins it. Negative: The neighbors noise. Unacceptable. Rude. Inthe middle of the night. Sometimes very very early in the morning. Loud people. No manners.

This is not a 8/10 property Negative: This is not a 8/10 property. The area was not the best and didn’t feel super safe. The flat is very loud as other reviews state. The cupboard smelt like it hadn’t been opened in some time and that’s where the utensils are kept. The shower isn’t fitted well and felt like it was going to break.

Good place to stay. Would do it again. Negative: There should be laundry soap, plastic trash bags and some cleaning cloths. Also a broom. Noisy neighbors, but for short periods.

4 night stay Positive: You get a lot of space for what you're paying for and it was well cleaned. There's a lot of facilities so you're able to make some tea or heat something up in the microwave. Shower is nice and has good pressure, didn't try the laundry machine but it looked fine. Negative: The neighbourhood is very noisy and busy, the cleaning team for the other surrounding apartments take a lot of time and make a lot of noise aswel, also due to the thin walls. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. There is a kitchen but there are so little utensils that I wouldn't recommend trying to cook a whole meal in there.
